How it works

Start with a conversation
A call or a meeting about what you need: the areas you’re considering, your timing, your budget and how you’ll pay for the purchase.
Narrow the areas
Compare two or three areas side by side: lots, typical homes, HOAs, setting and walkability, plus recent listing figures with their source and date.
Tour and shortlist
See homes in person or on video. Aaron points out how each house lives and what’s original versus redone, so the shortlist stays short.
Offer and negotiate
Aaron prepares the offer with you from comparable homes and negotiates the price and terms.
Inspections to closing
Inspections, appraisal, financing and title, tracked with you step by step until you have the keys.

Before you tour

Before touring homes together, you and Aaron sign a written buyer agreement that sets out his services and how he’s paid. He walks you through it first, and you can ask about anything in it.

If you need to sell first

If you have a home to sell before you buy, Aaron plans the timing of both moves with you before anything is listed. When it fits, your offer can be written contingent on the sale of your current home.
