Information on the site

The site gives general information about real estate in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and greater Phoenix. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or lending advice. For decisions about a specific property, talk to Aaron and, where it matters, a qualified professional such as an attorney, accountant, lender or inspector.

Listings and market figures

• Listing details come from RentCast, a real estate data provider, and are refreshed on a schedule. A listing’s own page also shows details from Aaron’s ARMLS listing, and it says which. They may be out of date or contain errors, and a home may no longer be available. Confirm details with Aaron before relying on them.
• Area market figures are past listing figures from RentCast, labeled with their source and period. They aren’t closed-sale results, appraisals or forecasts.
• Area descriptions cover places and housing. They aren’t a promise about any property.

Working with Aaron

Using the site, or sending the consultation form, doesn’t by itself create an agency relationship with Aaron or Realty ONE Group. Aaron will explain any written agreement before you sign it.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy its text, photos or design for other uses without permission, send false information through the form, or try to disrupt the site or its form.

The photos on the site belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as government fair housing resources and Google Maps. Aaron isn’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Aaron works to keep it accurate and available but can’t promise it will always be complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Aaron isn’t liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too.
