Arizona has a vast selection when it comes to dining. Between real, authentic Mexican food, local chef inspiration, and high-end steakhouses…we are definitely on the map! The Valley has grown exponentially, over the last 10 years. This has been great for Arizona foodies, as the many options for different experiences, has left us rather spoiled! The only problem with having this many choices, is picking where to go! That is where we come in. We have created the perfect list for must-try places in The Valley!

Compass Lounge – Downtown Phoenix

This stunning fine dining establishment is located on top of The Hyatt Regency Phoenix. This means, view for days! You can enjoy their seasonal offerings while taking in the most incredible, revolving views of the city. Their menu is regionally and Southern inspired, and offers some creative dishes, that complement their versatile wine list. You really can’t go wrong, but we have to recommend the Scallops! Pair that with a bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio and enjoy every second!

Ocean 44 – Old Town Scottsdale

Ocean 44 is the youngest of the Prime Concepts establishments…and it is easily our favorite. Fresh seafood hand-delivered daily, this place is the epitome of class. The seafood display, prime steaks, and hand-crafted cocktails make this place a MUST visit! Want to impress a client? Maybe romance your significant other? This is the place to do that. We recommend the Seafood Tower! This will blow your mind, trust us!

Sumo Maya – North Scottsdale

Looking for something casual, and fun? This hotspot is not only a fun atmosphere, but the food is incredible. The menu is Mexican-Asian Fusion! Name a better duo…I’ll wait. Okay, but seriously, this place is an absolute blast! We recommend checking this spot out, before a night out on the town. It is a high-energy atmosphere, and the cocktails are other worldly. The Spicy Crab Noodles, are very popular, and understandably so!

Steak 44 – Arcadia

Another Prime Concepts restaurant on the list (can you tell they are doing something right?). Prime cut steaks, elegant décor, and top-notch service will leave you coming back for more. Steak 44 is the most popular steakhouse in The Valley. It is here you will be dining with the likes of Larry Fitzgerald, Governor Doug Ducey, and Charles Barkley. Looking for some place to take out-of-towners? This would be a great spot to do so. It is an Arcadia staple, after all.

Aunt Chilada’s – Phoenix

If you like authentic Mexican food, and giant margaritas…then this is your spot. This local favorite sits on the property of Arizona Grand Resort and Spa. A lit pathway, with lush greenery and trees, leads you to their large patio! Great for groups, and even better for tequila shots. Aunt Chilada’s has a vast tequila selection, and they know how to prepare them right! This is going to be your family-friendly spot, as well. Lots of room for the kiddos to stretch their legs!
