Arizona is a hub for sports! We even host world-famous events that people travel from all over for! So, what are the best ways to enjoy sports in AZ? We got ya covered!

Waste Management Open – North Scottsdale

The WMO is a massive Golf tournament. What makes this tourney so unique? Well aside from the fact that very few people are actually watching golf, it is also known as Pro-Am day! This is a day that we get to see popular and local celebs compete in the tournament. The WMO is also one of the largest parties of the year, so make sure you hydrate before attending.

Collegiate Sports – Tucson/Tempe

Both ASU and UA have extensive athletic programs! UA is known for having one of the best basketball programs in the country, and ASU has a top-notch baseball program that is extremely competitive. Both schools have a wide fan base and a healthy rivalry, which make for excellent Civil War games!

Spring Training – The Valley

Ahh, yes! Spring Training. The most exciting time of the year! March is the busiest time of the year for Arizona, because SO many people visit just to watch preseason games! There are multiple facilities in The Valley! Goodyear, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, etc.. We host some of the most popular teams in the league, and get to watch them up close and personal, while they prepare for their season! 

NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA – The Valley

Arizona is home to the big 4! We are lucky enough to catch a game at the University of Phoenix Stadium, and root for the Cardinals; enjoy an air conditioned baseball game at Chase field; and then cool off at Gila River Arena, during a Coyotes game. And we certainly cannot forget Talking Stick Arena, Downtown, where we get to catch the Suns! As you can see, our teams keep us busy year-round; and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 

Arizona is a hub for enjoying all kinds of sports! Some honorable mentions include our soccer team, Phoenix Rising, and of course, the Arizona Rattlers arena football team. We also host events like Supercross, for all our motocross fans. As you can see, it is nearly impossible to cover everything Arizona offers! We really do have it all!
